Greg and Nikki Headshot

Greg Rosenhan

Greg has nearly 15 years of experience in web design, SEO, and user experience—and he’s spent much of that time helping businesses build websites that actually convert. He started his career at FCB Chicago, one of the city’s largest and oldest ad agencies, where he worked as an art director on the Cox Communications account. With a multi-million dollar annual retainer and a wide creative runway, he focused on website design and conversion rate optimization.

After a couple of years in big agency life, Greg moved to North Carolina to join a 12-person startup, where he learned to stretch small budgets and make every pixel count. In 2015, he returned to Utah and joined Resmark Systems, helping design high-performing websites for brands like Western River Expeditions and Moab Adventure Center—while also shaping user experience for Resmark’s booking software and WaiverSign’s digital waiver platform.

Following a two-year stint as Director of Product at Bandwango, Greg rejoined Resmark in 2023. Since then, he’s helped grow the ResmarkWeb client base by 4X through a mix of smart strategy, sharp design, and a deep understanding of how people use the web.

Outside of work, Greg is a proud husband and father of four, often trading screen time for outdoor time with his family.

Nikki DeSantis

Nikki is a digital strategist who helps travel and tour brands stand out in search and connect with their ideal guests online. As the Marketing Director for Resmark Systems, WaiverSign, and ResmarkWeb, she leads the charge on marketing strategy.

Nikki’s journey began as a travel blogger and content creator, where she built a loyal audience and learned firsthand how to turn stories into clicks and clicks into conversions. Today, she applies that same storytelling skillset, combined with SEO knowledge, to help operators rank on Google, get found in ChatGPT, and capitalize on AI search trends.

With a passion for education and providing value, Nikki has worked with several companies to modernize their marketing using tools like AI-driven content, generative engine optimization, and local SEO for tour operators. She understands the challenges that small teams face and creates scalable systems that get results without burning out your staff.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys running marathons and exploring the world through unforgettable tours and travel experiences.

Website design tips for tour operators

A good-looking website is great, but if it is not designed to guide visitors toward booking, it is not doing its job.

In this informal training, we will show you how to structure your pages for conversions, from your homepage to your tour detail pages. You will learn how to use layout, calls to action, mobile responsiveness, and clear navigation to turn casual visitors into paying guests.

We will also cover how smart design choices can support your SEO, helping both search engines and future guests find and navigate your site more easily. These tips are tailored specifically for tour and activity operators who want to increase direct bookings.

Did You Know…?

Most tour operators spend time and money building a website, but never optimize it to actually convert visitors into bookings. A few small changes in layout, content, or SEO can make a big difference, and most operators don’t even realize what they’re missing.

75% of people judge a business’s credibility based on its website design.

Tour websites with clear calls to action convert up to 3x more than those without.

Most tour operators rank below their competitors on Google for their own top-selling tours.

Is your tour website costing you bookings?

Most tour operators have a website. But very few have one that is actually built to convert.

If your site looks nice but isn’t consistently turning visitors into paying guests, it is not doing its job. The problem is not just design. It is how your website guides people, builds trust, and gets found in the first place.

That is why we are hosting a free fireside-style webinar: Why Your Tour Website Isn’t Booking More Guests (And How to Fix It). You will learn exactly what makes a site high-converting, plus see live reviews of real tour operator websites.

What actually drives bookings?

Tourism websites are different from eCommerce sites or blogs. They need to do three things well:

  1. Make guests feel something through strong imagery and branding
  2. Guide guests clearly toward the "Book Now" button
  3. Get found online through smart SEO and AI optimization

Most tour businesses only get one of these right. We will show you how to improve all three with examples, tools, and tips you can use right away.

Want your website reviewed live?

Bring your questions and when you register, add your URL in the form. We will be doing live critiques during the webinar, giving actionable feedback to help you book more guests without needing a full redesign.

  • Do I need to redesign my entire website to improve conversions?

Not always. In many cases, small changes to layout, calls to action, and how you present your tours can have a big impact. We'll show you what to fix first for the biggest results.

  • What makes a website "high-converting" for tour operators?

A high-converting website makes it easy for guests to understand what you offer, feel confident in booking, and take action quickly. This includes clear messaging, mobile-friendly design, strong visuals, trust signals, and an obvious path to book.

  • How do I know if my website design is holding me back?

If you’re getting traffic but not many bookings, that’s a red flag. During the webinar, we’ll walk through real examples and give you tools to evaluate whether your site is guiding guests or confusing them.
